This stable release is the first stable release since 17.10.19. Some of the highlights include:

Powercode 17.11.21 Release [Beta]

System Changes

  • Defaulted WYSIWYG editor to paste as plain text.
  • Removed permission changes from upgrade, as they are already set. Upgrade speeds should increase dramatically, especially on large filesystems.

  • Fixed Web Hook for Add/Update Equipment not pushing to slack.
  • Fixed broken link on recent equipment.
  • Fixed MAC address formatting from inconsistently updating.
  • Fixed adding phone numbers on new contacts.

  • Fixed an issue that would prevent deletion of an invoice.
  • Fixed a case where MikroTik wouldn’t push data.

  • Fixed an error that would cause job creations from the network site overview to fail.

  • Fixed payment queue from failing to load entries with deleted credit cards.

Miscellaneous

  • Added Web Hook for Equipment Down – Infrastructure and Customer Equipment
  • Added Config Option to turn off auto-mac formatting. Disable it in Configure > System Configuration > Powercode Features
  • Added warning to edit contact email address if no contacts are set to receive emails.
  • Added next / previous year buttons to growth chart.
  • Added the ability to require a phone number non-specific to type.

Important IPPAY Changes With Powercode

Most IPPAY/Powercode Customers Are Not Affected By This.

We were made aware of some changes required by IPPAY related to the SEC code sent during transactions involving bank accounts.  We have received the requirements from IPPAY and understand some Powercode users will have received a similar message as well.  Powercode is currently on working on providing the tools necessary to correctly code bank accounts and their transactions.  This will be released in an update currently scheduled for November 22, 2017.  Please keep an eye on this website after that release for full information related to the SEC code and what you should do to mitigate any discrepancies.

We apologize for any confusion and are working with IPPAY to adhere to these new requirements as soon as possible.

Powercode 17.11.13 Release [Beta]

New Features

  • Amazon AWS S3 Backups Destination – added the ability to push backups to AWS S3.
  • Dynamic Phone Numbers – added the ability add various types of phone numbers, without the restraint of type or number of types.  This change was made to accommodate future SMS and auto call related features.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed contracts from displaying duplicate services.
  • Fixed MikroTik address-list errors.
  • Fixed MikroTik deletion from sometimes leaving orphaned data.
  • Fixed .wav files from trying to open in the browser.
  • Fixed a bug that would cause the payment queue to load very slowly.
  • Fixed issue where editing a scheduled event without changing the date would result in error being thrown.

  • Added Customer Monthly Service Update Log to Web Hooks.

  • Added Customer Monthly Service Add/Update post data for Web Hooks.
  • Added logging for Twilio SMS events.
  • Added reply opt-out for Twilio SMS. Customers can now opt-out of SMS by replying to your SMS message with a keyword.
  • Optimized how WebUser config values were being loaded.
  • Reverted MikroTik to simple queues for rate limiting.
