Ticket Grouping – you can now set tickets to have parent tickets, child tickets, and allows children to see their sibling tickets.

Bug Fixes

Invoice remittance section text no longer overlaps.
Fixed MikroTik bandwidth gathering failing to start from false trigger.
Adding customer equipment no longer duplicates equipment names after a previous piece of equipment had been deleted.
Credit Cards no longer indefinitely add 3 years to the expiration date when failing to add.

Powercode 18.01.12 Release [Beta]

New Features

Customer-specific System and Template Emails – you can now send System Emails to an individual customer, as well as select templates from which to draft individual customer emails.
MailXStream Double-Sided Printing – added the option to configure your invoice format for duplex printing.
Customer-specific alerts. You can now create alerts on a customer by customer basis through the Custom tab in the Customer Account.
Customer tags – you can now add tags to a Customer by editing their account.
New Twilio SMS scheduled job reminder notifications.

MikroTik will not longer try to queue unnecessary updates.

Added the option to configure left margins on invoices (1/2″ or 3/4″).
Added account-specific setting to prevent customers from changing payments from automatic to manual.

Powercode 18.01.05 Release [Stable]

Fixed Powercode from stalling and failing to push some update items to Procera.

Miscellaneous

Reverted customer notes click-to-edit from showing HTML code – it will now display properly on the overview.
Removed Baicells LTE Internet as a service type. Baicells services are now identified with “Is Baicells Service” checkbox. This eliminates issues with customer services, service-based functions and reporting. Any previous Baicells LTE Internet services are now labelled as Monthly Internet services.

Powercode 18.01.02 Release [Stable]

This stable release is the first stable release since 17.11.21. Some of the highlights include:

2 New Supported Option 66 Devices for Remote Provisioning.
Procera v17 Support was added, allowing you to synchronize with and run Procera devices up to v17.2.x!
Invoicing Configurations added! You can now more deeply customize your invoices with options for showing amounts on the same line, font sizes for headers and optional detail page header displays. In addition, we added the option for the Print Invoices report to format invoices for double-sided printing. More customization to come!
Added the ability to send out mass emails to Children of Equipment – allowing you to send out emails to specific customers under a specified parent.
New Powercode Feedback form! Convenient way to submit bug reports, feature requests, or general comments directly to Powercode.
Made a bunch of fixes and enhancements!
