We’re excited you’re joining the Powercode family! We’ve been serving ISP’s around the world for two decades and below are the steps to get going!
1. Sign Up
Please fill out the form here. We will then email you the info to setup your server.
2. Prep
- Install your server according to the provided instructions and contact us at sales@powercode.com or 920-351-1010 for software install.
- Enter your users, tax zones and services into Powercode
- Complete the Prime Customer Data CSV here and send it to sales@powercode.com.
3. Validate and Import
You will receive the output from the submitted the Prime Customer Data CSV. Once we are notified that you have submitted a clean Prime Customer Data CSV the data will be imported, and you will be up and running.

To accept credit cards and automatic payments, make sure to establish a merchant server. You may use the links below to start that process.
