All of your business data is stored in Powercode, whether it is customer specific information, inventory, network infrastructure, billing data, service plans or anything else you need to track. Because of this, it is easy to generate reports and historical data on any criteria you need.

You can also use Powercode to easily track the success of your marketing campaigns, word of mouth referrals and more.

Portal

Powercode provides a service portal for your customers that includes the ability for them to see their data usage on a daily basis. This display also makes them aware of any impending penalties for excessive usage, allowing them to easily monitor their data consumption.

The portal also offers a number of other features including the ability for the user to perform a speed test, update their information, open trouble tickets and contact you via email.

There is also a complete billing section contained within the portal that allows them to view past statements, make payments and update their payment methods.

Monitoring

Visualize your network with our comprehensive monitoring system. Powercode offers the ability to monitor equipment from many manufacturers in real time, giving valuable tools to your technical support team.

Powercode also offers historical monitoring via SNMP or ICMP. These probes have specific thresholds which allow you to be notified when your network is not performing to your specifications.

Through our integration with PagerDuty, you can also configure complex on-call rotations and escalation rules and receive notifications of network events via email, SMS or telephone call.

Inventory

Track your inventory and equipment deployment in Powercode. Keep track of all equipment deployed at customer locations, network locations, warehouses, trucks and more.

Define specific actions based on types of devices - setup triggers to automatically monitor latency on your deployed routers or temperature on your generators.

You can also easily generate reports to see the quantities of specific types or categories of devices deployed in the field or available for deployment as well as track RMAs and defective equipment.

Our integrated network map allows you to visualize your network geographically. You can track the status of all your network sites and the links between them in real time, as well as viewing the layout of all your subscribers by status.

With the ability to create custom statuses and view them on the map, you can quickly find areas with prospective customers, areas of the network with poor service or anything else you want to monitor.

Through our integration with TrackYourTruck.com, you can also view your fleet on the map in real time, along with the status of the vehicles - how long they've been stopped, whether or not the engine is running and more.

Agreements

Collecting and storing physical copies of service agreements from customers is always a headache. Powercode has an integrated, online agreement capture page that you can force customers to sign and accept before they can get online.

The content of the agreements is completely customizable and you can create as many separate agreements as you want. The customer can sign electronically using a mouse or a touchscreen and the agreement is then stored for later reference. The customer can also access the agreements through the portal.

Each agreement also tracks the IP address of the user, the browser, the date and time as well as the name and electronic signature.

Powercode contains a complete ticketing system which allows you to track and sort all customer interaction.

Tickets can also be associated with general events (network outages, scheduled maintenance) or network locations in order to track access, maintenance and site-specific issues.

Tickets can be grouped and searched by type, category, assigned user, responsible group, customer, site and more.

Customers can also open tickets directly in the portal for simple communication. These tickets can be automatically assigned to a specific user or group of users to ensure they are handled.

Powercode allows you to build schedules for any number of installers or service technicians. You can define any timeframes needed as well as individual schedules, day by day, week by week or month by month.

Track all your successful and failed service calls on a customer or technician basis to view trends and discover problems before they arise.

Powercode even calculates drive time and routing between jobs in real time, making it much easier for your dispatchers to build efficient schedules for field technicians. Our scheduling live view makes it simple for multiple dispatchers to work at the same time - changes made to the schedule update automatically for everyone.

Reporting

Nothing is more important than getting at your data. Powercode has over 60 built in reports that include all manner of financial reports, customer data usage, an FCC form 477 generator, customer IP assignment history, ticket history, expired credit cards and much, much more. Most reports are exportable to CSV/Excel format so you can work with the data outside of Powercode.

We also offer the ability to build custom reports in the Powercode interface to help you get at the data you most need.

Powercode is built on a MySQL database that we also provide full access to. If you want to export or integrate your data into other tools or applications, you can.

Communication

Being able to easily communicate with your customers is critical. Powercode allows you to format rich text emails with an unlimited number of attachments. These emails can be sent to customers by a variety of critera - their account status, service, network location, custom group and more.

You can also send emails directly to individual customers through Powercode. All emails sent are logged on the customer account with the full body of the email, who sent it, who received it and when.
